Questions people ask first
Does Ondaro include any channels?
No. Ondaro is a player. It has no channels, films or playlists and does not sell them. You add a playlist you have the right to use.
Which playlists work?
M3U and M3U8 links, Xtream Codes logins, and XMLTV guides. Ondaro finds the guide of an Xtream account by itself.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your yearly plan starts on day 8 unless you cancel in Google Play before then. If you cancel, Ondaro stays on Free: live TV and favourites keep working.
How many TVs can I use?
Up to 5 TVs with one Google account. Reinstalling on the same TV does not use another place. You can remove a TV from your account.
I reinstalled and Premium is gone.
On the TV, open Settings › Account › Restore purchase, signed in with the Google account you bought with.
Can I install Ondaro without Google Play?
No. Ondaro is offered only through Google Play, so purchases, the free trial and updates work safely and automatically.
Do you see my playlist or passwords?
No. They stay on your TV, with the password encrypted, and are never sent to us. See the privacy policy.
