Delete your Ondaro account and data

App: Ondaro — IPTV player for Android TV
Developer: Ondaro
Last updated: 7 October 2026

You only have an Ondaro account if you signed in with your email address to use Premium. If you never did, we hold no personal data about you, and you only need step 3 below to remove data from your TV.

Before you start: cancel your subscription

Deleting your Ondaro account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future payments, first open Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Ondaro › Cancel subscription.

1. Delete your account on the web (no app needed)

  1. Go to https://ondaro.tv/account.
  2. Enter the email address of your Ondaro account and open the sign-in link we send you.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Or by email: send a message to privacy@ondaro.tv from the email address of your Ondaro account, with the subject "Delete my Ondaro account". If you no longer have access to that address, include your Google Play order ID (it starts with "GPA.") so we can identify your account.

2. Delete your account on your TV

  1. Open Ondaro and go to Settings › Account.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm by scanning the QR code with your phone, or by choosing Delete on the TV.

3. Delete the data stored on your TV

Your playlists, provider logins, favourites, watch history and settings are stored only on your TV; we never receive them. To delete them:

  • remove individual playlists in Ondaro › Settings › Playlists, or
  • delete everything: Android Settings › Apps › Ondaro › Clear data, or uninstall Ondaro.

This data is not backed up anywhere, so once deleted it cannot be recovered.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we delete:

  • your email address and account ID;
  • the list of devices linked to your account (device IDs, names, models, last check-in dates);
  • the link between your account and your Premium licence;
  • crash reports linked to your devices' installation IDs, and your problem reports and support emails, unless you ask us to keep a conversation open.

All linked devices return to the free version the next time they check their licence.
